Not only did AmazingCosmetics strut its stuff on Zang Toi’s runway, but also at up-and-coming Katie Ermilio’s show! Makeup artist, Rudy Miles, once again showed New York how to get amazing results with AmazingCosmetics.
For Katie’s show, Rudy put a new twist on polished and pretty. “Katie asked me to create a look that made the girls look youthful, undone but polished and finished. Luminous skin paired with minimal eye makeup other than a strong brow, flushed cheeks and pink sheer lips created the look.”
Rudy first applied our Anti-Aging Face Primer and AmazingConcealer to the models to cover up imperfections and get that youthful glow! For a minimal look on the eyes, Rudy primed the lids with AmazingConcealer and then blended the lightest shadow in the Suede Collection to the whole lid from line to brow. Lashes were curled and primed with our Brow Gel, then swept with a black mascara for definition. Rudy then filled the brows with the appropriate brow color and then used the Brow Gel over the color to add shine. This created that full and powerful brow look seen on Katie’s runway.
For a polished look, Rudy focussed on cheeks and lips. “Brush Amazing Seven In the Buff Blush onto the cheeks, starting at the apples of the cheek and blend downwards towards the jawline to create flush.” After creating a “flushed” cheek, Rudy applied Amazing Seven Lip Color in Olivia to add a minimal and natural pink color.
